Shipping and Returns Policy

Currently, we work with Correios, our products are sent 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Exchanges will only be made for products with defects, remembering that the customer must send photos to, and after the 48H analysis, if the exchange is approved, the customer will send it to our address, receiving the refund for the shipping. Remembering that proof of shipment must be sent to our email mentioned above, otherwise we will not refund.

Products due to size errors OR not "liking" the product will not be exchanged, so don't forget to check our "How to measure your pet" page, this way we will avoid inconveniences, and the clothes will fit your pet perfectly.
